Tat Vivah is committed to providing premium ethnic wear and a smooth shopping experience. All orders placed on https://tatvivah.in are governed by this policy along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns only when there is a genuine issue with the product.
Returns are allowed for damaged products, wrong item delivered, size issues, or any genuine issue with the product.
A return request must be raised within 7 to 10 days of delivery.
Returns are not allowed for custom stitched or altered products, accessories, discounted or sale items, and worn or washed products.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and unwashed, original tags must be intact, and the original packaging must be returned. Tat Vivah reserves the right to reject any return if the product does not pass quality inspection.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 to 10 days of delivery.
Exchanges are allowed for size change, colour change, another product of the same price, or a higher value product where the customer pays the difference.
Exchanges are not allowed for accessories, custom stitched items, or clearance and sale items.
Exchanges are processed through pickup and re-delivery or self-shipping if pickup is not available.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for damaged products, wrong products delivered, product unavailable after order, or if the product is lost in transit.
Refunds are not applicable for colour or design differences due to screen display, change of mind, or used or altered products.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout via Razorpay.
Refunds are processed within 7 to 15 working days after approval.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Orders already shipped and custom stitched orders cannot be cancelled.
If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Delivery & Shipping
We deliver across India. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 days depending on the delivery location. Delivery is handled by any available courier partner.
Shipping charges are calculated based on location. Return shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for selected pincodes and may not be available on discounted or high-value orders.
7. Product Disclaimer
Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Handcrafted garments may have minor variations. Measurements may vary slightly due to fabric type. Wash care instructions must be followed to avoid damage.
8. Jurisdiction
All disputes related to returns, exchanges, refunds, or delivery shall be subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
9. Policy Updates
Tat Vivah reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
